We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations while ensuring a smooth and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, and interviews)
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance and coordinate payroll support
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy work culture
- Assist in training, performance management, and HR activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office
